A DM comes straight to the clinic's own account, and it lets you ask the slightly awkward question before you commit to anything. Ask it. I would rather you did.

One thing to keep off DM

Medical history, medication, allergies and photographs of a concern all get handled in clinic, where they can be recorded and stored properly. A social message is not a secure place for health information, so I'll ask you those in person instead.

Already a client?

Same account for reviews, repeat treatment and aftercare. If something does not look or feel right, tell me straight away rather than waiting for the next appointment.

Prefer email?

Not everyone uses Instagram, and some people would rather an enquiry about cosmetic treatment did not sit in their social messages. The form at the bottom of this page reaches me by email instead.
