None of this sells a treatment, but it is the part that tells you whether a clinic is being run properly.

Deposits
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Cancelling or rearranging
Deposits are forfeited if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice.

Running late
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late your appointment may need to be rearranged, and a new deposit will be required.

Missed appointments
Failing to attend without notice incurs a no-show fee. It must be paid in full before any future appointment can be booked.

Age
Clients must be 18 or over for all aesthetic treatments. England also prohibits cosmetic botulinum toxin and filler injections for under-18s outside narrow medical circumstances.

Coming alone
Please attend your appointment on your own unless a companion has been agreed in advance.

Consultations
Dermal filler consultations are free, take about ten minutes and carry no obligation to book anything afterwards.

Prescription treatments
Treatment for expression lines involves a prescription-only medicine, so it is assessed and discussed in person rather than advertised or priced here.

Your information
Please don't send medical history, medication lists or photographs of a concern by DM or through the message form. Health information belongs in clinic, where it can be recorded and stored properly.

Images on this site are Charlotte's own work, as posted on her Instagram. Results vary between people and nothing here is a guarantee of outcome.

Your information
What happens to what you send me.
If you send me a message through this website, here is exactly what happens to it. It is short because the site does very little with your information.

Who is responsible
Haus of CLB, run by Charlotte Butler, at 135 Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 9NX. If you want to ask about anything below, email charlotte@hausofclb.co.uk.

What I collect
Only what you type into the message form: your name, your email address, and your message. A phone number and a best time to reach you are optional, and only there because some people would rather have a text than an email.

Why I collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. Nothing else. I do not send marketing, I do not build a mailing list, and I do not pass your details to anyone for their own use.

The legal bit
My lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked me a question and I need your details to answer it. You can object at any time and I will stop.

Health information
Please do not send medical history, medication, allergies or photographs of a concern through the form. Those belong in clinic where they can be recorded properly. If you do send something like that by mistake, I will deal with it in person and delete it from the message.

Who else sees it
Two companies handle the message on its way to me. Cloudflare hosts this website and checks the form is not being used by bots. Resend delivers the message to my inbox, set up in the EU so it stays in Europe. Neither uses your information for anything of their own.

How long I keep it
Twelve months from your enquiry, unless you become a client, in which case your clinical records are kept separately and for longer as my professional obligations require.

Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and carries no tracking pixels. I use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying anyone. Nobody is following you around the internet because you came here, and there is no profile of you to build. That is deliberate.

What you can ask me to do
Ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email and I will sort it. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Aftercare
Looking after it afterwards.
I go through aftercare with you at your appointment, and talk you through what to expect for the specific treatment you have had.

Avoid touching, rubbing or applying pressure to the treated area for 24 hours.
- ·
Remain upright for 4 hours following your treatment.
- ·
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas, steam rooms and excessive heat for 24 hours.
- ·
Avoid facials, facial massage and other skin treatments for 2 weeks.
- ·
Drink plenty of water and keep the treated area clean.
- ·
Mild redness, swelling, tenderness and bruising are normal and may last for several days.
- ·
Filler results are visible immediately but can take up to 2 weeks to settle.
If anything worries you after a treatment, message me rather than waiting for your next appointment.

How do I book?
Message @haus_of_clb on Instagram or TikTok. I post appointment dates to Instagram as they open, so following the account is the quickest way to catch them.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes for anything injectable. The dermal filler consultation is free, takes about ten minutes, and you are under no obligation to book treatment afterwards. It is in house, so we can put together a treatment plan that is personal to you.
Will it look obvious?
That is the whole idea behind Haus of CLB: aesthetic treatments should enhance you, not change who you are. My focus is subtle, natural enhancement. If you have a photo of a result you do not want, bring it — it is as useful to me as one you do.
Does it hurt, and what is the recovery like?
This is exactly what the consultation is for. I will talk you through what the appointment involves, how it tends to feel and what to expect afterwards, for the specific treatment you are considering.
How old do I have to be?
18 or over. It is illegal in England to provide injectable cosmetic filler or botulinum toxin to under-18s.
Where exactly are you?
Inside S. Rose Cosmetics, 135 Bury New Road, Prestwich, M25 9NX. There is parking on site, and toilets, wifi and coffee or tea while you are here.

Every price is listed on the treatments page. The dermal filler consultation is free.
What if I am not sure what I need?
Say exactly that in your message. Working out whether a treatment would suit you, and which one, is what the consultation is for. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need one.
